  • 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Strawberries
  • Blueberries
  • Whipped topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  3. Roll out the dough into a circular shape, about 12 inches in diameter.
  4. Bake for 15-20 minutes, until edges are golden.
  5. Cool the cookie on a wire rack.
