5-Minute Spinach Green Apple Smoothie

A refreshing and nutritious smoothie with spinach, green apple, and mango, perfect for a quick breakfast or snack.

  • 2 cups spinach
  • 1 medium green apple (core removed and diced)
  • 1 cup frozen mango
  • Ice (optional)
  • Optional add-ins: chia seeds, hemp seeds, peanut butter, honey, protein powder

Instructions

  1. Prep your ingredients: Start by washing your spinach thoroughly.
  2. Core and chop the apple: Slice that green apple in half, remove the core, and chop it into smaller pieces.
  3. Blend the spinach and milk: Pour the almond milk into the blender first, add the washed spinach, and blend on medium speed for about 30 seconds.
  4. Add the apple and frozen mango: Toss your diced apple and frozen mango into the blender and blend on high for another 30 seconds.
  5. Adjust texture and add-ins: If thicker than desired, add a splash more almond milk or ice cubes and blend again.
  6. Taste test: Give it a quick taste and add honey if desired, then blend for a few more seconds.
  7. Serve and enjoy!: Pour into glasses and garnish with seeds or apple slices as desired.
