Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded pepper jack cheese
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 34 jalapeños, diced
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Crackers, chips, or veggies for serving

Instructions

  1. Prepare your cream cheese by ensuring it’s softened. Leave it out for 30 minutes or microwave for 15-20 seconds.
  2. Mix the softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar, and pepper jack in a large bowl until well combined.
  3. Add the ranch dressing and mix thoroughly to achieve a creamy consistency.
  4. Spice it up by adding the diced jalapeños, garlic powder, onion powder, and seasoning with salt and pepper.
  5. Bake the dip in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
  6. Serve warm with your choice of chips, crackers, or veggies.

Notes

For a milder dip, reduce the amount of jalapeños or substitute with banana peppers. For added flavor, drizzle extra ranch dressing on top before serving.
