Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Prepare your cheese by rolling out puff pastry on a floured surface or placing brie directly on a baking sheet.
  3. Add fig jam generously over the brie.
  4. Wrap the puff pastry around the brie, tucking the edges underneath if using.
  5. Beat the egg and brush it over the puff pastry.
