Baked Chicken Bacon Ranch Tacos

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar or Colby Jack cheese
  • ⅓ cup ranch dressing (plus more for drizzling)
  • 1012 small flour tortillas (street-size)
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • Olive oil spray or melted butter (for brushing)
  • 1 cup shredded iceberg or romaine lettuce

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Prepare your taco filling by combining chicken, bacon, cheeses, ranch, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper in a large bowl.
  3. Stuff the tortillas with the filling and fold them over tightly.
  4. Brush the tops of the tacos with olive oil or melted butter.
  5. Bake the tacos in the oven for about 20 minutes, until crispy and bubbly.
