Parmesan Oven Roasted Yellow Squash

A simple yet flavor-packed side dish featuring roasted yellow squash with Parmesan cheese, garlic, and olive oil.

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated

Instructions

  2. Prep the squash by slicing into thin rounds, about 1/4 inch thick.
  3. Mix in a large bowl the sliced squash, minced garlic, and olive oil.
