Easy Pizza Bombs for Cheesy, Crispy Family Fun

Delicious bite-sized pizza pockets filled with gooey cheese and savory pepperoni, perfect for family gatherings and game nights.

  • 1 package Refrigerated Biscuit Dough (or Pizza Dough)
  • 12 pieces Mozzarella Cheese (1-inch cubes or shredded)
  • 12 slices Pepperoni
  • 1/3 cup Pizza Sauce (plus more for dipping)
  • 2 tablespoons Melted Butter (or olive oil)
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder (or fresh minced garlic)
  • 1/2 teaspoon Dried Oregano (or Italian seasoning)
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt (adjust to taste)
  • 1/4 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese (any hard cheese can substitute)
  • Fresh Parsley (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Prepare your workstation by clearing a counter and lining a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Roll out the dough into small circles (about 4 inches) if using biscuit dough, or cut pizza dough into squares.
  4. Fill each dough round with a cube of mozzarella and a slice of pepperoni, then add a spoonful of pizza sauce.
  5. Seal the edges tightly to prevent leaks while baking.
  6. Brush the tops with melted butter or olive oil.
  7. Season the tops with garlic powder, oregano, and a pinch of salt.
  8. Bake for 15–20 minutes until golden brown.
  9. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
