Pumpkin Cream Cheese Bread

A warm and delightful pumpkin cream cheese bread, perfect for fall mornings or afternoon snacks.

  • 1 cup Pumpkin Puree
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese, softened
  • 2 cups All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 1 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare a 9×5 inch loaf pan by greasing it with butter or non-stick spray.
  3. Mix together the cream cheese and half of the sugar in a medium bowl until smooth.
  4. Whisk together the flour, remaining sugar, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon in a separate bowl.
  5. Combine pumpkin puree, eggs, and vanilla extract in another bowl until smooth, then mix dry ingredients into wet until just combined.
  6. Pour half of the pumpkin batter into the loaf pan, dollop half of the cream cheese mixture over it, and gently swirl together. Repeat with remaining batter and cream cheese.
  7. Bake for 55-65 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Cool the loaf in the pan for about 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
