Chocolate Lasagna

A delightful no-bake dessert combining rich chocolate layers with creamy goodness, perfect for any occasion.

  • 36 regular Oreo cookies
  • 6 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 block cream cheese (8-ounce, softened)
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 tbsp cold milk
  • 1 cup Cool Whip (or homemade whipped cream)
  • 2 packages instant chocolate pudding mix (3.9-ounce)
  • 3 1/4 cups cold milk
  • Mini chocolate chips (optional, for topping)
  • Crushed Oreo cookies (optional, for topping)

Instructions

  1. Crush the Oreo cookies in a zip-top bag until they resemble fine crumbs. Pour into a mixing bowl.
  2. Melt the butter and pour it over the cookie crumbs, mixing until it resembles wet sand.
  3. Press the mixture into a 9×13 inch baking dish to form an even layer.
  4. Combine softened cream cheese, granulated sugar, and cold milk in a mixing bowl; beat until smooth and creamy.
  5. Fold in Cool Whip gently to the cream cheese mixture.
  6. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the Oreo crust with a spatula.
  7. Whisk together the pudding mix and cold milk until it thickens (about 5 minutes).
  8. Pour the chocolate pudding over the cream cheese layer, spreading evenly.
  9. Top with remaining Cool Whip, spreading it evenly over the pudding.
  10. Garnish with mini chocolate chips and crushed Oreo cookies if desired.
  11. Chill in the fridge for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.

Notes

Can be made ahead of time. Perfect for warm weather or special occasions.
