  • 1 package Little Smokies (cocktail sausages)
  • 1 pound bacon
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Line a large baking sheet with aluminum foil and place a wire rack on top if available.
  3. Wrap each Little Smokie tightly with a piece of bacon, securing with a toothpick if needed.
  4. In a bowl, mix the brown sugar, maple syrup, and black pepper until well combined.
  5. Dip each bacon-wrapped smokie into the sugary mixture and place them on the baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes, turning halfway through, until bacon is crispy and glaze is caramelized.
