Chicken Bacon Ranch Stuffed Bread

An irresistible comfort food creation filled with zesty ranch, tender chicken, and crispy bacon.

  • 4 cups cooked and shredded chicken
  • 1 cup Ranch dressing
  • 1/2 cup cooked and crumbled bacon
  • 3 tablespoons Parmesan cheese
  • 15 Hawaiian sweet rolls (sliced in half)
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine your shredded chicken, Ranch dressing, crumbled bacon, Parmesan cheese, and 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese. Stir until everything is well combined.
  3. Slice your Hawaiian rolls in half, keeping them attached for easier assembly.
  4. Spoon your Chicken Bacon Ranch mixture onto the bottom halves of the rolls.
  5. Sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese on top and place the roll tops over the filling.
  6. Mix melted butter with garlic powder and brush this mixture on top of the stuffed rolls.
  7. Bake for about 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and bubbling.
  8. Let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
