  • 1/4 Cup Soy Sauce
  • 2 Cloves Garlic, Minced
  • 1 Tablespoon Vinegar
  • 1 Tablespoon Adobo Seasoning
  • 1 Teaspoon Pepper
  • Skewers (Wooden or Metal)

Instructions

  1. Marinate the Chicken: In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, soy sauce, minced garlic, vinegar, adobo seasoning, and pepper. Whisk until well blended. Cut chicken into bite-sized cubes and place in the marinade, ensuring well coated. Cover and marinate in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Prep the Skewers: Soak wooden skewers in water if using. Thread marinated chicken onto skewers, alternating with bell peppers or onions if desired.
  3. Heat the Grill: Preheat grill to medium-high heat (about 400°F).
  4. Cook the Skewers: Grill for 5-7 minutes per side, until golden brown and chicken is fully cooked (internal temp should reach 165°F).
  5. Rest Before Serving: Let skewers rest for about 5 minutes before serving.
