Pumpkin White Chocolate Bread

A delightful fall treat that combines the earthy sweetness of pumpkin with the creamy richness of white chocolate.

  • 1 cup Pumpkin Puree
  • 1 cup White Chocolate Chips
  • 2 cups All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 1 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 0.5 tsp Nutmeg
  • 0.5 tsp Salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare a loaf pan by greasing and flouring it.
  3. Combine dry ingredients in a large bowl: flour, baking soda, baking powder, spices, and salt.
  4. Mix wet ingredients in another bowl: pumpkin puree, sugar, eggs, and melted butter.
  5. Blend the wet mixture into the dry ingredients until just combined.
  6. Fold in the white chocolate chips.
  7. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
  8. Bake for 55 to 65 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
  9. Cool in the pan for 10-15 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.

Notes

This bread can be stored in the freezer for up to three months. Serve warm with butter or cream cheese.
