Instructions

  1. Prep your ingredients by mincing the garlic and juicing and zesting the lemon.
  2. Melt the butter in a medium-sized saucepan over medium-low heat.
  3. Sauté the garlic for 1-2 minutes until fragrant, being careful not to let it brown.
  4. Add lemon juice and zest, stirring well to combine.
  5. Incorporate the heavy cream, stirring continuously for about 2 minutes until slightly thickened.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
