Creamy High-Protein Pool Dip

A creamy, cheesy dip packed with protein, perfect for poolside parties and barbecues.

Ingredients

  • 12 oz. plain nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 4 oz. cottage cheese (blended)
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 10 oz. Rotel (mild)
  • 1 tbsp taco seasoning
  • 1 tbsp ranch seasoning

Instructions

  1. Blend the cottage cheese until velvety.
  2. Combine the blended cottage cheese with Greek yogurt in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Shake in the shredded cheddar cheese and mix well.
  4. Add the Rotel, taco seasoning, and ranch seasoning, stirring until well combined.
  5. Taste and adjust the flavors as needed.
  6. Chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes for enhanced flavor.
  7. Serve the dip in a bowl, topped with reserved cheese, alongside chips or veggie sticks.

Notes

This dip can be made ahead of time and improves after chilling. Customize with additional ingredients as desired.
