Jalapeño Popper Dip

A creamy, cheesy dip that combines the zesty goodness of jalapeños with comfort food flavors, perfect for any gathering.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1 cup Sour Cream
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1/2 cup Jalapeños, chopped (fresh or pickled)
  • 1/2 cup Bread Crumbs
  • 1/4 cup Green Onions, chopped
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix together 8 oz of softened cream cheese and 1 cup of sour cream until smooth.
  3. Fold in 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese and 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese.
  4. Add 1/2 cup of chopped jalapeños and mix well.
  5. Sprinkle in 1 tsp of garlic powder and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Spread the mixture into an 8×8 baking dish.
  7. Sprinkle 1/2 cup of breadcrumbs and the saved cheese on top.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
  9. Serve warm with chips or veggies.

Notes

For a lighter version, substitute cream cheese with Greek yogurt. Adjust jalapeño quantity based on heat preference.
