A delightful blend of peach cobbler and cheesecake that captures the flavors of summer in a rich and creamy dessert.

  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 24 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 whole eggs
  • 1 cup sour cream

  • 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 cups sliced peaches
  • 0.25 cups brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 0.5 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 4 ounces cream cheese
  • 0.5 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. Mix the crushed graham crackers, melted butter, and brown sugar in a bowl.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
  4. Bake the crust for about 10 minutes and set aside to cool.
  5. Beat the cream cheese until smooth in a mixing bowl.
  6. Add the granulated sugar and mix well.
  7. Incorporate the eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  8. Mix in the sour cream, vanilla extract, flour, cinnamon, and a pinch of salt.
  9. Pour the cheesecake filling over the crust and smooth the top.
  10. Bake for about 45 minutes to an hour, until the center is slightly jiggly.
  11. Combine sliced peaches, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, lemon juice, and butter in a saucepan.
  12. Cook until the peaches are softened and the sugar has dissolved.
  13. Remove the cheesecake from the oven and let it cool.
  14. Top with the warm peach mixture.
  15. Whip the extra cream cheese with powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and milk until smooth.
  16. Drizzle the glaze over the peach topping.
  17. Chill in the fridge for at least 4 hours before serving.
