  • 1 cup of flour
  • 1 cup of water
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup of buffalo sauce
  • Olive oil spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven: Set that oven to 450°F (232°C).
  2. Prepare the cauliflower: Remove the leaves and stem, cut it into bite-sized florets.
  3. Mix the batter: In a bowl, whisk together the flour, water, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and salt.
  4. Coat the cauliflower: Toss florets one by one into the batter.
  5. Prepare for baking: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spray lightly with olive oil.
  6. Arrange the wings: Place the battered cauliflower on the baking sheet in a single layer.
  7. Bake the wings: Place in oven for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  8. Toss with buffalo sauce: Coat the crispy cauliflower in buffalo sauce.
  9. Final bake: Return to the baking sheet and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes.
