Crispy Garlic Parmesan Chicken Pasta Chips

Delicious crispy, cheesy, garlic-infused pasta chips that are perfect for snacks or appetizers.

  • 2 cups cooked pasta (penne or rigatoni)
  • 1 cup cooked and shredded chicken
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Combine the cooked pasta, shredded chicken, olive oil, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper in a large mixing bowl. Toss until well coated.
  3. Sprinkle in the grated Parmesan cheese and mix to evenly distribute.
  4. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the pasta mixture evenly across the sheet.
  5. Bake for about 15-20 minutes until golden brown. Keep an eye on them for crispiness.
  6. Allow to cool for a few minutes to maximize crunch.
  7. Sprinkle with fresh parsley just before serving.

Notes

Great for serving with dips or as a side to salads. For a spicy kick, consider adding red pepper flakes.
