Detox Cucumber Blueberry Infused Water

A refreshing and vibrant detox water infused with cucumber and blueberries, perfect for hydration and wellness.

Ingredients

  • 1 Cucumber
  • 1 Cup Blueberries
  • 8 Cups Water
  • Mint Leaves (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the ingredients by washing the cucumber and blueberries. Slice the cucumber into thin rounds.
  2. Combine the ingredients in a large pitcher, layering the cucumber slices along the sides and gently smashing the blueberries.
  3. Pour in the 8 cups of water. Stir if desired.
  4. Let it infuse in the refrigerator for at least 1-2 hours or overnight for a stronger flavor.
  5. Serve it in glasses, adding ice if desired and garnishing with mint.

Notes

You can use frozen fruits to chill the water but may need to adjust the infusion time for flavor intensity.
