Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven: Set your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix the Dough: In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter and brown sugar until light and fluffy. Add the egg and mix until well combined.
  3. Add Dry Ingredients: Whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add to the butter mixture, mixing until combined.
  4. Spread the Dough: Grease a pizza stone or baking sheet and spread the dough into a pizza shape about 1/4-inch thick.
  5. Bake: Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until lightly golden on the edges.
  6. Cool Down: Let the crust cool for about 10 minutes, then transfer it to a wire rack to cool completely.
  7. Whip Up the Frosting: Combine cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract in a mixing bowl and beat until smooth.
  8. Frost the Dough: Once cool, spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the crust.
  9. Fruit Fiesta: Arrange your assortment of fresh fruits on top of the cream cheese layer.
