  • 2 teaspoons instant yeast
  • 2 teaspoons sea salt
  • 1.5 cups warm water
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • Fresh rosemary
  • Sea salt for sprinkling

Instructions

  1. Mix your ingredients: Combine flour, yeast, and sea salt in a bowl.
  2. Add the liquid: Create a well and pour in warm water and olive oil.
  3. Knead the dough: Turn out onto a floured surface and knead until smooth.
  4. First rise: Place in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise for 1 to 1.5 hours.
  5. Shape it: Transfer to a greased baking sheet and stretch into a rectangle.
  6. Dimple it up: Press fingers into the dough to create pockets.
  7. Final proof: Drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with salt and rosemary, and rest for 20-30 minutes.
  8. Bake your creation: Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and bake for 20-25 minutes.
