Fresh Fruit Salsa with Cinnamon Sugar Chips

  • 1 cup chopped strawberries
  • 1 cup chopped pineapple
  • 1 cup chopped kiwi
  • 1 cup chopped mango
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 4 flour tortillas
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • Butter or cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare the fruit by washing and chopping your strawberries, pineapple, kiwi, and mango into bite-sized pieces.
  3. Mix the salsa by combining the chopped fruit with lime juice and sugar in a large bowl.
  4. Make the cinnamon sugar chips by mixing sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl, then brushing tortillas with butter and sprinkling the mixture over them.
  5. Cut each tortilla into triangles, arrange on a baking sheet, and bake for about 10 minutes until crispy and golden brown.
  6. Serve the salsa alongside the cinnamon sugar chips and enjoy!

Notes

Store leftover salsa in an airtight container in the fridge for up to two days. Best consumed fresh.
