Garlic Parmesan Bread

A deliciously warm Garlic Parmesan Bread with a crispy crust and gooey, cheesy interior, perfect for any occasion.

  • 1 loaf Bread Dough (store-bought or homemade)
  • ½ cup Unsalted Butter (1 stick)
  • 34 cloves Fresh Garlic (minced)
  • 1 cup Freshly Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • Pinch of Salt
  • Extra Garlic and Cheese for sprinkling (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Prepare the garlic butter by melting the unsalted butter in a small saucepan with the minced garlic over low heat.
  3. Combine the melted garlic butter with the grated Parmesan cheese and a pinch of salt.
  4. Shape the dough into a rectangle, about ½ inch thick.
  5. Spread the garlic butter mixture over the dough, leaving about an inch around the edges.
  6. Roll the dough tightly from one long side to form a log.
  7. Cut the rolled dough into pieces, about 2 inches each.
  8. Arrange the pieces in a greased baking pan with space in between.
  9. Brush the tops with any leftover garlic butter.
  10. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and baked through.
  11. Cool for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

Serve warm, with butter or marinara sauce for dipping. Great alongside soups, salads, or as a snack.
