  • 1 large onion
  • 3 potatoes
  • 4 cups vegetable broth
  • 1 cup cream

Instructions

  1. Prep your garlic and onions by peeling the garlic and slicing the onion into thin wedges.
  2. Sauté the garlic and onions in olive oil over medium heat for about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Add the chopped potatoes to the pot and stir for about 3 minutes.
  4. Pour in the vegetable broth, bring to a simmer, and cook for around 20 minutes.
