Golden Mango Smoothie

A refreshing and creamy tropical smoothie made with mango, coconut milk, and spices for a delicious taste of paradise.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1 cup frozen mango
  • 3/4 cup frozen riced cauliflower or zucchini slices
  • 1 serving vanilla protein powder
  • 1/21 tsp ground turmeric
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp ground ginger
  • Water and ice as needed

Instructions

  1. Blend the coconut milk and protein powder in a blender.
  2. Add the frozen mango chunks.
  3. Incorporate the riced cauliflower.
  4. Spice it up with turmeric, cinnamon, and ginger.
  5. Blend until creamy and smooth, adding water if too thick.
  6. Adjust sweetness and spice to taste.
  7. Blend again briefly if adjusted.
  8. Serve in a chilled glass and enjoy!

Notes

Pair with a slice of fresh mango or a sprig of mint for garnish.
