Graveyard Taco Dip

A spooktacular taco dip layered with cream cheese, savory taco meat, fresh veggies, and presented in a graveyard theme. Perfect for Halloween parties and gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz Cream Cheese
  • 1 lb Taco Meat (beef, turkey, or plant-based crumbles)
  • 2 cups Fresh Shredded Lettuce
  • 1/2 cup Sliced Black Olives
  • 1/4 cup Sliced Green Olives
  • 1 bag Tortilla Chips

Instructions

  1. Prepare the taco meat by browning in a skillet over medium heat for 5-7 minutes. Drain grease and stir in taco seasoning.
  2. Beat the cream cheese in a mixing bowl until smooth. Add sour cream or milk if too thick.
  3. Spread the cream cheese layer evenly on the bottom of your serving dish.
  4. Layer the taco meat over the cream cheese, followed by a generous sprinkle of shredded lettuce.
  5. Create your graveyard scene by placing sliced black olives as tombstones throughout the lettuce.
  6. Serve with tortilla chips for scooping and enjoy!

Notes

For a spicy twist, add sliced jalapeños or cayenne pepper. Vegetarian option available using black beans or lentils.
