Hawaiian Roll Buffalo Chicken Sliders

A flavorful dish combining sweet Hawaiian rolls, spicy buffalo chicken, and gooey melted cheese, perfect for gatherings.

  • 12 Hawaiian rolls
  • 2 cups shredded buffalo chicken
  • 1 cup melted cheese (provolone or mozzarella)
  • 4 tablespoons garlic butter (melted butter mixed with minced garlic)
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare the buffalo chicken by mixing shredded chicken with buffalo sauce.
  3. Slice the rolls in half horizontally, keeping them connected at the back.
  4. Assemble the sliders by laying the bottom half of the rolls in a baking dish and adding the buffalo chicken mixture.
  5. Top with melted cheese and cap with the top half of the rolls.
  6. Brush with garlic butter and add optional seasoning.
  7. Bake for about 15-20 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  8. Cool for a few minutes, cut, and serve.

Notes
