Iced Mango Matcha Latte

A refreshing blend of creamy coconut milk, earthy matcha, and sweet mango puree, perfect for a summer treat.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
  • 1 cup brewed matcha tea, cooled
  • 1/2 cup mango puree
  • 12 tablespoons sweetener (honey, agave, or sugar, to taste)
  • Ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Brew that matcha! Combine 1–2 teaspoons of matcha with a splash of hot water and whisk until frothy.
  2. Whip up your mango puree by blending fresh or frozen mango with a splash of water or milk.
  3. Combine in a tall glass: add cooled matcha, then milk, and spoon mango puree on top.
  4. Sweeten to taste by adding your preferred sweetener and stir to combine.
  5. Add ice to fill the glass and stir well to mix all flavors.
  6. Serve and enjoy your creation!

Notes

For a fun twist, try adding mint leaves, cashew milk, berries, or a dash of cinnamon. You can make it ahead and store it in the fridge.
