  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (about 30 grams)
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk (or any milk of choice)
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon honey or sweetener of choice
  • Ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Brew the Coffee: Start with your favorite coffee beans or grounds. Brew a strong cup of coffee using a drip coffee maker, pour-over, or French press.
  2. Mix the Base: In a shaker or blender, combine the cooled brewed coffee and vanilla protein powder. Pulse until smooth.
  3. Add the Milk and Vanilla: Pour in the almond milk, vanilla extract, and your sweetener of choice. Blend again until combined.
  4. Chill Out: Fill a tall glass with ice, and pour the blended coffee mixture over the ice.
  5. Give it a Final Touch: Sprinkle some cinnamon or cocoa powder on top for an added treat!
