Indian Street Style Corn On The Cob

  • 3 cobs of corn
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 2 tsp red chili powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black salt
  • 1/2 tsp chaat masala
  • 2 tbsp cilantro
  • 1 lemon

Instructions

  1. Prepare the corn: Shuck the corn and rinse under cool water.
  2. Grill the corn: Preheat your grill and roast for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally.
  3. Melt the butter in a saucepan.
  4. Spice it up: Remove corn from grill and brush with melted butter.
  5. Add salt and spices: Sprinkle red chili powder and salt over the buttered corn.
  6. Finish with black salt and chaat masala.
  7. Cilantro and lemon love: Sprinkle chopped cilantro and squeeze lemon juice over the corn.
