Lavender Honey Iced Latte

A refreshing twist on coffee that blends floral notes of lavender with the sweetness of honey, perfect for a hot day.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup strong chilled coffee
  • 1/41/2 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
  • 1 Tbsp lavender syrup
  • 2 tsp honey, to taste
  • Ice

Instructions

  1. Brew your coffee or espresso and let it cool to room temperature, then chill it in the refrigerator for about 20 minutes.
  2. Grab a tall glass and fill it with ice.
  3. Mix lavender syrup with honey in a small bowl or cup.
  4. Pour the chilled coffee over the ice and add the lavender-honey mixture. Stir gently.
  5. Add your milk of choice over the coffee mixture.
  6. Taste and adjust sweetness or milk as desired.
  7. Garnish with a sprig of fresh lavender or a lemon wedge, if desired.
