Garlic Herb Sauce

A vibrant sauce bringing garlic and fresh herbs together, perfect for drizzling over grilled chicken, roasted vegetables, or pasta.

Ingredients

  • 6 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup chicken broth (or vegetable broth for vegetarian option)
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tbsp fresh thyme leaves
  • 1 tsp rosemary, minced
  • ½ tsp kosher salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Prepare your garlic by mincing the cloves.
  2. Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil and 3 tablespoons of unsalted butter in a medium skillet over medium heat.
  3. Sauté the garlic for 1-2 minutes until fragrant and translucent.
  4. Pour in 1 cup of chicken broth and stir well, allowing it to come to a gentle simmer.
  5. Add chopped parsley, thyme, rosemary, salt, and black pepper, stirring to combine.
  6. Cook for another 3-4 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
  7. Stir in 1 tablespoon of lemon juice for brightness.
  8. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.
  9. Serve warm over your dish of choice.

Notes

This sauce can be made ahead and stored in the fridge for up to a week. Reheat gently and adjust consistency with a splash of broth if necessary.
