Easy Hawaiian Roll Grilled Cheese

A delightful grilled cheese sandwich made with soft Hawaiian rolls and gooey melting cheese, perfect for lunch or a snack.

  • 4 Hawaiian Rolls
  • 4 slices Melting Cheese (e.g. cheddar or Monterey Jack)
  • 2 tablespoons Butter (unsalted)

Instructions

  1. Prep your ingredients by cutting the Hawaiian rolls in half.
  2. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
  3. Butter the insides of the Hawaiian rolls generously.
  4. Assemble the sandwiches with cheese in between the rolls.
  5. Cook the sandwiches for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  6. Flip the sandwiches carefully and cook the other side until crispy.
  7. Serve and enjoy after cooling slightly.

Notes

You can add variations such as fresh basil, grilled pineapple, or crispy bacon for extra flavor.
