Coconut Blue Raspberry Slushie

A vibrant and refreshing slushie that combines the tartness of blue raspberry with creamy coconut goodness, perfect for summer fun!

  • 1/3 cup whipping cream (liquid)
  • 2 cups Blue Raspberry Martini mix
  • 4 cups crushed ice
  • 1 cup sparkling water (lemon-lime flavor)
  • 1 tsp coconut extract
  • Coconut whipped cream (spray can)
  • Sprinkles
  • Fresh raspberries (optional)

Instructions

  1. Pour in your 2 cups of Blue Raspberry Martini mix and 1/3 cup of whipping cream into a blender. Blend on low until mixed well, about 15 seconds.
  2. Add 4 cups of crushed ice to the mixture. Blend on high until you achieve a thick and slushy consistency, around 30-60 seconds.
  3. Pour in 1 cup of sparkling water gradually while blending, about 10-15 seconds to combine.
  4. Sprinkle in 1 tsp of coconut extract and blend quickly for another 10 seconds.
  5. Taste your slushie. If it needs more sweetness, add a splash of simple syrup or more raspberry mix.
  6. Grab your favorite glasses and pour the slushie into chilled glasses.
  7. Top with coconut whipped cream, colorful sprinkles, and fresh raspberries for garnish.

Notes
