A delicious fusion of classic Crab Rangoon flavors and cheesy pizza, perfect for gatherings and celebrations.

  • 16 oz fresh raw pizza dough (room temperature)
  • 2 TBS yellow cornmeal (optional)
  • 6 oz cream cheese (room temperature)
  • 1/2 cup green onions (chopped)
  • 1/4 cup shredded Parmesan (divided)
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 5 oz flaked crab meat (fresh or imitation)
  • 6 oz shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Fried wonton strips for topping
  • Sweet chili sauce (for drizzling)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C). On a clean surface, sprinkle the yellow cornmeal (if using), then roll the pizza dough into a 12-inch circle.
  2. Beat together the cream cheese, chopped green onions, 1/4 cup Parmesan, and Worcestershire sauce until well combined.
  3. Transfer your rolled-out dough onto a pizza stone or a baking sheet. Spread the cream cheese mixture over the dough base.
  4. Top with flaked crab meat evenly distributed across the creamy layer, followed by shredded mozzarella and remaining Parmesan.
  5. Slide the pizza onto the middle rack of the preheated oven and bake for about 12-15 minutes.
  6. Sprinkle the crispy fried wonton strips on top after baking.
  7. Drizzle with sweet chili sauce before serving.
