Cottage Cheese Pizza Bowl

A fun and healthy twist on classic pizza, packed with flavor and nutritious ingredients.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • 1/2 cup chopped bell peppers
  • 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1/2 cup chopped spinach or kale
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • To taste: olive oil, salt, pepper, sliced olives, diced onions, fresh basil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Combine the cottage cheese and marinara sauce in a medium-sized mixing bowl.
  3. Grease a baking dish with olive oil.
  4. Transfer the cottage cheese and marinara mixture into the greased baking dish.
  5. Top your mixture with the chopped bell peppers, sliced mushrooms, and chopped greens.
  6. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese on top.
  7. Drizzle a little olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  9. Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes.
  10. Garnish with fresh basil, sliced olives, or diced onions before serving.
