A versatile Mediterranean marinade that elevates grilled chicken, roasted veggies, or tofu with vibrant flavors.

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh herbs (parsley, oregano, or thyme)
  • 2 tablespoons capers
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Gather your ingredients
  2. Mix the olive oil and lemon juice in a medium bowl.
  3. Add the minced garlic and mix well.
  4. Incorporate the fresh herbs into the mixture.
  5. Capers in and mix thoroughly.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Let it marinate for about 30 minutes before use.
