  • 4 large eggs

  • ½ cup rainbow sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare two 9-inch round cake pans by greasing them and lining the bottom with parchment paper.
  3. Mix the dry ingredients: whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt in a large mixing bowl.
  4. Cream the butter and sugar together until light and fluffy.
  5. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well, then pour in the vanilla extract.
  6. Combine the dry and wet ingredients, alternating with the milk, mixing until just combined.
  7. Fold in the rainbow sprinkles gently.
  8. Pour the batter evenly between the prepared cake pans.
  9. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  10. Cool the cakes in the pans for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
