Delightfully sweet and soft cinnamon rolls filled with juicy strawberries and topped with a creamy glaze, perfect for brunch or dessert.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 can Pillsbury Crescent Rolls
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, chopped
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 23 tablespoons milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, toss together the chopped strawberries, brown sugar, cornstarch, and cinnamon.
  3. Open your can of Pillsbury Crescent Rolls and carefully unroll the dough onto a clean, lightly floured surface.
  4. Spread the strawberry mixture evenly over the dough, leaving about 1/2 inch from the edges clear.
  5. Starting from one end, carefully roll the dough into a tight log.
  6. Using a sharp knife or kitchen shears, slice the rolled dough into 1-inch sections.
  7. Pop those rolls into your preheated oven and bake for about 20-25 minutes.
  8. In a bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
  9. Once the rolls are baked, generously drizzle the cream cheese glaze over the warm rolls.

Notes

For a healthier version, use a sugar substitute like monk fruit sweetener in the glaze.
