  • ½ cup leftover roasted turkey (or deli turkey)
  • ¼ cup cranberry sauce (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1 slice Swiss cheese
  • Olive oil or melted butter for brushing

Instructions

  1. Gather your ingredients: Start by assembling all your ingredients on the counter.
  2. Prep your bread: Lay the slices flat and brush one side with olive oil or butter.
  3. Layer the goodness: Spread cranberry sauce on one slice, add turkey and Swiss cheese, then top with the other slice.
  4. Heat the panini press: Preheat it or a skillet to medium heat.
  5. Grill until golden: Cook the panini for 4-5 minutes until golden brown, flipping halfway.
  6. Melt and slice: Remove from heat and let rest briefly before slicing.
  7. Slice and serve: Cut the panini in half diagonally and serve with extra cranberry sauce.
