Monster Cookies

A playful fusion of flavors and colors, these Monster Cookies are chewy, gooey, and packed with oats, chocolate, and M&M’s, perfect for kids and adults alike.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of butter, softened
  • 1 cup of brown sugar
  • 1 cup of granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tablespoon of vanilla extract
  • 3 cups of old-fashioned oats
  • 2 cups of all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon of baking soda
  • 1 cup of chocolate chips
  • 1 cup of M&M’s (or similar candy)
  • Candy eyes (for decoration)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar together until smooth and fluffy.
  3. Add the eggs one at a time and mix in the vanilla extract.
  4. Combine the oats, flour, baking soda, and salt in a separate bowl.
  5. Fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined.
  6. Fold in the chocolate chips and M&M’s.
  7. Portion the dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  8. Bake for about 10-12 minutes until golden around the edges.
  9. Press candy eyes onto each cookie immediately after baking.
  10. Cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.

Notes

These cookies can be customized with different candies or nuts for a unique twist!
