Chocolate Chip Cheesecake Bars

Indulge in the creamy decadence of cheesecake nestled between two layers of gooey chocolate chip cookie dough.

  • 40 oz Refrigerated Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough
  • 16 oz Cream Cheese
  • 1 Egg
  • 1/4 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon Juice (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare your baking pan by greasing it or lining it with parchment paper.
  3. Pull your cookie dough from the fridge and let it soften for a few minutes.
  4. Press half of the cookie dough into the bottom of the pan, creating a base.
  5. Prepare the cheesecake layer by mixing cream cheese, sugar, egg, vanilla, and lemon juice until smooth.
  6. Spread the cheesecake mixture over the cookie dough layer.
  7. Crumble the remaining cookie dough on top of the cheesecake.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes.
  9. Cool before slicing and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  10. Slice and serve, optionally with toppings like chocolate sauce or whipped cream.

Notes

For a nutty variation, add chopped walnuts or pecans. For a gluten-free version, use gluten-free cookie dough.
