No-Bake Chocolate Lasagna

A decadent dessert that layers rich chocolate flavors and creamy textures without baking.

  • 9 oz chocolate graham crackers
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 3 cups whipped topping
  • 2 cups chocolate pudding mix
  • 4 cups milk
  • 1 cup chocolate chips (optional for topping)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the crust: In a mixing bowl, combine crushed chocolate graham crackers with melted butter and mix until textured like wet sand.
  2. Press the crust: Spread the mixture across the bottom of a 9×13-inch baking dish and press firmly.
  3. Make the cream cheese layer: Beat softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth, then fold in 2 cups of whipped topping.
  4. Spread the cream cheese mixture over the crust evenly.
  5. Prepare the pudding layer: Whisk together chocolate pudding mix and milk until it thickens.
  6. Layer the pudding over the cream cheese layer.
  7. Top it off with the remaining whipped topping.
  8. Chill in the fridge for at least 4 hours to set.
