Chewy REESE’S PIECES Peanut Butter Brownies

  • 1 cup light brown sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 cup creamy or chunky peanut butter
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ½ cup REESE’S PIECES

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a baking pan with non-stick spray or parchment paper.
  2. Mix the melted butter with both sugars in a bowl until glossy.
  3. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition, followed by vanilla extract.
  4. Incorporate the peanut butter and blend until smooth and light.
  5. Whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt in another bowl, then gradually fold into the wet ingredients.
  6. Fold in REESE’S PIECES until evenly distributed.
  7. Pour the batter into the pan and bake for 25-30 minutes until edges are set and center is slightly soft.
