Better-Than-Anything Peanut Butter Cake

A decadent peanut butter cake layered with chocolate and whipped topping that brings everyone together with every slice.

Ingredients

  • 1 box chocolate cake mix
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup whipped topping
  • Chocolate syrup (for drizzling)
  • Crushed peanuts (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare the cake pans by greasing and flouring two 9-inch round cake pans.
  3. Mix the chocolate cake mix, creamy peanut butter, vegetable oil, eggs, and water in a bowl until smooth.
  4. Divide the batter evenly between the prepared pans and bake for 30-35 minutes.
  5. Cool the cakes in the pans for 10 minutes, then transfer to wire racks to cool completely.
  6. Drizzle half a can of sweetened condensed milk over each cooled cake layer.
  7. Spread whipped topping over the first layer, place the second layer on top and repeat.
  8. Finish with a drizzle of chocolate syrup and sprinkle crushed peanuts on top.
  9. Slice and serve the cake to enjoy!

Notes

Consider serving with fresh berries or a scoop of ice cream for an extra treat.
