A delightful blend of crispy-fried chicken coated in a creamy, spicy Bang Bang sauce for a fun and flavorful experience.

  • 1 cup Panko Bread Crumbs
  • 1 cup All-Purpose Flour
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper
  • Vegetable Oil (for frying)
  • ½ cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons Sweet Chili Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sriracha Sauce

Instructions

  1. Prep Your Ingredients: Gather all your ingredients and set them up near your workstation.
  2. Set the Breading Station: Create a breading station using three shallow bowls with flour, eggs, and panko.
  3. Coat the Chicken: Dip chicken in flour, then in egg, and coat with panko. Transfer to a plate.
  4. Heat the Oil: Pour vegetable oil into a large skillet, heating over medium-high until shimmering.
  5. Fry the Chicken: Lower breaded chicken into the hot oil, frying for about 3-4 minutes on each side.
  6. Make the Bang Bang Sauce: Mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and sriracha in a bowl until smooth.
  7. Toss the Chicken in the Sauce: Coat the crispy chicken in the Bang Bang sauce.
  8. Serve: Enjoy the dish warm, garnished as desired.

Notes

For a lighter version, substitute mayonnaise with Greek yogurt. Experiment with spices in the breadcrumbs for different flavors.
