Honey Mustard Pork Chops

Juicy and savory pork chops coated in a sweet and tangy honey mustard glaze, a perfect dish for any occasion.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 Bone-in Pork Chops (about 1 inch thick)
  • 1/4 cup Dijon Mustard
  • 1/4 cup Honey
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • Fresh Parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Prep Your Marinade: In a mixing bowl, whisk together the Dijon mustard, honey, olive oil, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until it’s all combined.
  2. Marinate the Pork Chops: Place your pork chops in a large resealable bag or a shallow dish. Pour in the marinade and ensure each chop is well-coated.
  3. Preheat Your Pan or Grill: Preheat a large skillet over medium-high heat, or heat up a grill.
  4. Cook the Chops: Take the chops out of the marinade, placing them in your hot skillet or on the grill. Cook for about 5-6 minutes on each side.
  5. Rest the Chops: Once cooked, transfer them to a plate and let them rest for 5-7 minutes.
  6. Serve and Garnish: Plate the chops, drizzling any remaining sauce over the top and sprinkle with fresh parsley.

Notes

These pork chops pair wonderfully with sides like mashed potatoes, roasted veggies, or a fresh salad.
