American Flag Fruit Pizza

  • 1 tube Refrigerated Sugar Cookie Dough (16.5 oz)
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese (softened)
  • 2/3 cup Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla
  • 8 oz Whipped Topping (thawed)
  • 12 oz Fresh Raspberries (3 to 4 cups)
  • 1 dry pint Fresh Blueberries (about 2 cups)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Unroll the sugar cookie dough and place it on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  3. Pop the cookie base into the oven and bake for 10-12 minutes.
  4. Cool the cookie base completely on a wire rack.
  5. Beat the cream cheese with sugar and vanilla until smooth and creamy.
  6. Fold in the whipped topping until combined.
  7. Spread the cream cheese mixture over the cooled cookie base.
  8. Create the flag design with raspberries and blueberries.
  9. Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
