Delicious Paula Deen Crab Salad

  • 1 pound lump crab meat (or imitation crab)
  • 1 cup real mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup diced celery
  • 1/4 cup diced red onion
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Start by carefully checking the lump crab meat for any shells.
  2. Dice the celery and red onion.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the mayonnaise, lemon juice, and Old Bay seasoning.
  4. Gently fold in the crab meat, celery, and red onion until well-coated.
  5. Taste and adjust the salt, pepper, or Old Bay seasoning as needed.
  6. Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  7. When ready to serve, scoop the crab salad onto a plate and garnish with parsley.
